  • Eligibility: Enrolling in an undergraduate engineering programme.

Career Counseling Scholarship

This is one of the University of Warwick’s postgraduate scholarships. It helps students develop their understanding and skills in career coaching. In the future, you will be able to integrate this understanding into your practice

Chancellor’s International Scholarship

University Of Warwick PhD Scholarships

The School of Modern Languages and Cultures (SMLC) at the University of Warwick invites applications for doctoral studies starting September 2024. The SMLC has excelled in various aspects, providing an enriching research environment.

These University of Warwick scholarship schemes start in the Autumn of 2024. The SMLC introduces comprehensive training covering academic resources, conferencing, public engagement, research proposals and more for all PhD students.

Application procedure:

  • Apply for admission by May 1, 2024.
  • Nominate academic referees via the Applicants Portal by May 1, 2024.
  • Upload a detailed research proposal.
  • Search for a supervisor in the School by specialism.
  • Fill out and submit the online application form for the SMLC scholarship by May 15, 2024.

For Offer-Holders:

  • If you applied for other funding sources, you may be considered for the SMLC award.
  • Confirm consideration by filling out the online form by April 20, 2023.
  • No need for new references, a full project description, or reapplying for admission.

Chevening Scholarships

Warwick is co-funding 17 Chevening Partner Awards in the academic year 2024/25. These awards are open to eligible candidates in any subject area and two of them are specifically designated for students applying to master’s programmes within the University of Warwick’s WMG department (Warwick Manufacturing Group). Find more about the eligibility and deadline here:

  • Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
  • Commit to returning to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after the award.
  • Have completed all components of an undergraduate degree enabling entry to a UK postgraduate programme by the application submission.
  • Possess at least two years (equivalent to 2,800 hours) of work experience.
  • Apply for three different eligible UK university courses and secure an unconditional offer from one of them by July 11, 2024.

Commonwealth Shared Scholarships

  • The University of Warwick – Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme is exclusively for Master’s courses.
  • It is a merit-based scholarship, awarding up to £31,450 as a one-time payment to international students.
  • Eight students are awarded this University of Warwick scholarship annually.
  • Eligibility requires taking IELTS and PTE exams, along with having completed 12th grade and an Undergraduate degree.
  • The scholarship is open to all international students, regardless of nationality.
  • Applicants who have received a free bursary or applied for another university scholarship are ineligible.
  • All international students are automatically considered for these scholarships when applying for eligible courses.
