Oxford Brookes University (OBU) is an open institution of higher learning located in the beautiful city of Oxford, UK. It provides students with the greatest possible educational experience due to its world-class infrastructure and award-winning professors. The Oxford School of Art was the institution that gave rise to the university in 1865. OBU was given its university status and renamed to its current name in 1992 by the Further and Higher Education Act.
