Eligibility

The PR system work on points, therefore the higher your accumulated points are the better chances you have towards the PR. Each entry system has its own scoring and point system. Here is the list of things that would make you eligible for a Canada PR. 

Language:

The processing time for the Express Entry programme generally takes around 6 to 8 months. The other PR methods take much longer like the Provincial Nominee programme takes around 15 to 19 months.

3. How much does the Canada PR process from India cost?

The main application for an individual costs around CAD 850 or ₹51,000. The same cost is applicable for a secondary application. Each dependent child below the age of 22 years is charged CAD 230 or ₹13,800. The RPRF or the Right of Permanent Residency fees for an adult would be CAD 515 or 32900 and at no cost for children. The above cost is for the express entry, each entry programme has its own Canada PR cost.

4. Is the Canada PR for a lifetime?

As the name suggests Permanent Residency, the PR is technically for a lifetime. With that being said, certain conditions need to be upheld in order to retain the PR.
