How To Apply And Begin The Clemson University Admission Process?

For undergraduate students –

First, it is important to review and analyse all the important dates and deadlines. Next, applicants need to submit their application through the Clemson Application, Coalition Application, or the Common Application portals. Students need to pay a  non-refundable $70 application fee. In case you cannot afford to pay the application fee, you can opt to fill out the financial sections of the application completely. The university uses this information to determine whether you meet the level of need that they can approve or not. This approval is by policy for a fee waiver. If there are any other hardships concerning the application fee, you can also reach out to the counsellor of your respective state. The next step is to request the college board or ACT to send your test scores. Clemson University accepts only the official test scores sent by the testing agency. The institutional code for the SAT is 5111, whereas that for the ACT is 3842. However, these test scores are optional for the academic year 2023-24. Lastly, the SRAR must be submitted. The University asks all its first-year applicants to self-report their high school transcripts. The Self-Reported Academic Record is a list of courses and their respective grades acquired by the student. It must be completed by the applicant themselves since it replaces the high school transcripts used by the Office of Admissions during the process of application review. It is advisable to complete your Clemson SRAR before applying itself.

These are supposed to be official transcripts or mark sheets from all the collegiate institutions attended. It is to be noted that all the credentials must be verified by a US educational consultant agency only.
