Eligibility of NSP Pre Matric Scholarship
To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to
- Be a full time student enrolled either in class 9 or class 10 in a recognised school.
- Have more than 40% disability and should be able to provide evidence for the same.
- Belong to a middle-low income family. Preferably whose total income does not exceed 2.50 lakhs.
Value and Benefits of NSP Matric Scholarship
There are 25,000 renewable awards offered every year through this scholarship. This is one of the top scholarships for students with disability and each scholarship is worth the following:
- A maintenance allowance of INR 800 per month for a period of 12 months (for hostellers)
- Maintenance allowance of INR 500 per month for a period of 12 months for day scholars
- A book grant available for INR 1,000 per annum.
- Disability allowance of:
– INR 4,000 per annum for visually Impaired
– INR 2,000 per annum for hearing impaired
– INR 2,000 per annum for physically disabled
– INR 4,000 per per annum for intellectual disability
– INR 2,000 for all other types of disabilities.
Gilman International Scholarships For Students With Disabilities
Offered to US Graduates The Benjamin A Gilman International Scholarship Program offers grants and mediates international exchange programs. This scholarship offers support to students with low or limited financial resources to pursue internships or academic studies in any discipline. To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

- Study or intern in any country except Cuba.
Application Requirements:

Over 32,000 Gilman scholarships are available every year worth $5,000 to US citizen graduates to study abroad.
