University Of Alberta Scholarships For Doctoral Students
The University of Alberta Doctoral Recruitment Scholarship provides financial assistance to doctoral students. The university recruits 12 doctoral students through this programme who have the potential to contribute to its research. Scholarships are given out in increments of 5,000 CAD.

University Of Alberta Masters & Doctoral Scholarships

Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship is one such scholarship programme (GSS). It is intended for Alberta students pursuing full-time university research leading to research-based Master or Doctoral degrees. Students studying Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Nanotechnology, and Omics can benefit from GSS.
Top-up value scholarships are also available for Alberta Innovates GSS. Holders of Tri-Council Scholarships (CIHR/NSERC/Vanier), China Scholarship Council, and other external awards who are awarded Alberta GSS will receive 12,000 CAD for the period of their eligibility. Depending on the recipient’s circumstances, the Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship terms range from one to four years.
