University of Michigan-Ann Arbor has shown excellence by securing 23 spot on the global scale.


The university was ranked third among public colleges in the United States in the 2021 US News & World Report Best Colleges report. According to the 2020 Princeton Review College Hopes & Worries Survey, it is the ninth "Dream College" for students and the seventh "Dream College" for parents. The CWUR rankings for 2022-23 put the university 12th domestically and 15th globally.  In the 2021 US News & World Report Excellent Undergraduate Engineering Programs Rankings where UMich was rated sixth.
