Career fairs: They host a variety of career fairs throughout the year, including the Career Expo, Creative Industries Career Fair, Special Education Placement Test, Teacher Recruitment Fair and more. These fairs provide students with the opportunity to meet with potential employers and learn about job opportunities.
2. Career workshops: SUNY Oswego offers a variety of career workshops to help students develop their job search skills. These workshops cover topics such as resume writing, interviewing and networking.
3. Career counselling: The career counselors here can help students identify their career goals, develop a job search plan and prepare for job interviews.
4. CareerLink: CareerLink is a SUNY Oswego online job board that lists job openings from employers throughout the country. Students can also use CareerLink to upload their resumes and apply for jobs.
5. Career assessment activities: The university offers a variety of career assessment activities to help students explore their interests and identify potential career paths.
