Acceptance Rate

The Capital University's acceptance rate stands at 74%. The university offers 60 majors and 51 minors in various undergraduate and graduate degree programmes. Music, Arts and Communication, Business and Management, Education, Humanities, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science, Nursing and Health, and Social Sciences are the various areas from which students get to choose their favourable degree. There are also graduate degrees and post-degree certifications in Education, Law, Theology, Nursing, Business and Music Education.

 

The gallery has a 502-piece Schreiber-Fox Collection of African Art. Schreiber and Fox gave their African art collection to Capital University. The permanent holdings of the Schumacher Gallery include over 2500 pieces of art for education and enjoyment. Visitors and prospective students are drawn to a section of the Berlin Wall which is in the gallery. 

 

Entry Requirements

Students applying here must note that the admission process for many of its courses are the same at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The university has a mandatory application fee payment of USD 25 which needs to be made to complete the submission of application. International students need to have a minimum GPA requirement of 3.57 on a minimum average scale of 4.0. Each applicant must provide the following:

Placements

Capital University's Career Development Centre attempts to assist students and alumni with job happiness, life balance, and societal contribution. The Career Development Cell can provide students with information on various career fairs held throughout Ohio. There is also information on careers and internships. Furthermore, the Career Development Cell teaches skills such as résumé writing, interview preparation, and so on. Furthermore, students can create an ID on the Handshake platform to search for appropriate positions. Everyone has access to career fairs and internship possibilities. Within six months of graduation, approximately 74% of graduates were employed in field-related employment.
