English Language Requirements:
An overseas candidate must demonstrate their English competency through English Language Tests recognized by AU. The university accepts the following exams and scores as indicators of English proficiency -

- TOEFL: A score of 90 with no section below 20
- PTS: An overall score of 61 with no subtest below 60
- CAEL: A score of 70 with no subtest below 60
Students who have studied English for three years or more may be spared from submitting proof of English competence. Those who do not meet English standards but are academically admissible are allowed to study at the university if they successfully complete the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program.
