Study In India Scholarships 

This is a merit-based scholarship applicable only to meritorious students and is offered by the Indian government. The program offers scholarships called the Study in India Scholarships on an annual basis, while its partner institutes provide full tuition fee waivers. 

This is one of the most generous scholarships to study in India as the scheme covers the admission fees, tuition fees, accommodation (room and boarding) costs, and food costs. More than 30,000 tuition fee waivers are given to deserving students by our partner institutes in the ranges of 100%, 50%, and 25%. The number of fee waivers available, vary from institute to institute across the mentioned ranges. This scholarship is only available for a period of one year. 

Foundation For Academic Excellence 

This is one of the most attainable scholarships to study in India that is offered to Bachelor’s students. Offered by Foundation for Academic Excellence and Access, this study in India scholarship partially funds the degree courses of students who aspire to study in one of the participating universities. 

There are two basic eligibility criteria for this scholarship and the first one is to simply pass the XII class examination from a recognized university. Secondly, participants who are selected based on their merit will be called for an interview and this will sum up to the final selection round. The scholarship is only available to Indian students and the grant will be determined by FAEA to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Final amounts will be based entirely on the discretion of the program organisers and may cover the full or partial cost of the proposed study plans

Symbiosis International Awards 

This scholarship is offered to students who aspire to pursue their Masters or Bachelors from the university in any subject field offered by the university. Funded by Symbiosis International University, this scholarship to study India is generous and covers the selected candidate’s full tuition fees. The scholarship is merit based and the candidate must have obtained more than 75% as a qualifying grade in 12th standard or an equivalent. Moreover, you will have to appear for an English Proficiency Test conducted by the British Council (IELTS) with a minimum score of 6 or the IELA Test with a minimum band of 4. 

Means-cum-Merit Scholarships By Nalanda University 

This scholarship is offered to only Masters students of India who aspire to study the subjects offered by the university. This is one of the generous scholarships to study in India offered by Nalanda university and covers the full-tuition fee of the scholars. 

To be eligible for this scholarship, your family income must not exceed 3 Lakh rupees per annum. As the name suggests, this scholarship is a blend of merit based and need based scholarship is only awarded to those students who wish to pursue their tertiary education but will not be able to do so without financial assistance.
