University of North Texas Entry Requirements
For the fall semester, UNT admission decisions start in the first week of July, and for the spring semester, they start in the first week of January. Students who don't satisfy the published admission requirements will go through a personal assessment procedure and could have to wait longer for a decision. - To apply for admission to UNT, if you are pursuing your first bachelor's degree or transferring from another college to finish your first bachelor's degree, please fill out the online admission application for $85 and send all necessary paperwork
- Send copies of your authentic high school and college transcripts, diplomas, and degree certificates. These MUST be written in both your native tongue and English. The academic institution or a licenced translator must provide any English translations. Notarized or copied transcripts are not acceptable
- When it comes to English Language Proficiency; the university accepts the following scores:
- IELTS scores of 6 band or higher
- TOEFL scores of Internet-Based (IBT): 79 | Paper-Based: 550
- PTE score of 53 and higher
