University of New Mexico Entry Requirements

The University of New Mexico's admissions department views a student's GPA as a crucial academic criterion. The University’s admissions officials do not take into account an applicant's high school class rank or letters of reference. A score between 20 and 26 on the ACT or between 1030 and 1250 on the SAT is required for admission to the University of New Mexico by half of the applicants.
