Program Overview

Students with a solid science foundation who are interested in pharmaceutical research can pursue a Master of Science in pharmaceutical sciences while also working toward completion of a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD/MSPS). Designed to meet the rapidly growing need for highly trained individuals working to develop new treatments and improve patient outcomes, this program increases marketability in the pharmaceutical industry and prepares students for additional training in pharmaceutical sciences and other related fields.

Entry Requirement
Students recently admitted to the MS MIS program have had, on average, a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 (A=4.0), and GMAT scores of approximately 520 (with verbal scores over 20, quantitative scores over 25, and analytical writing of 4 or higher) or GRE scores of approximately 310 (with verbal scores over 150, quantitative scores over 154, and analytical writing of 4 or higher).
