New York Institute of Technology Rankings 2024-25

US News and World Report of 2024 has ranked New York Institute of Technology at #21 in Regional Universites North and #66 in Best Value Schools. The university was also placed at #49 in Best Undergraduate Engineering Programmes and #50 in Top Performers on Social Mobility. 

In a survey by Wall Street Journal, which primarily focuses on student successes, NYIT moved up 11 places this year to ranking #253 compared to 2019.

Course Rankings

Five schools and two colleges make up the New York Institute of Technology, all of which place a strong emphasis on technology and applied scientific research. When it comes to subject rankings, New York Tech's business programme has received high marks. For students interested in pursuing UG Business at the University, the university was ranked 273 by US News & World Report in 2021.

Prior rankings for the University's UG Business were 292 in 2020 and 312 in 2019. In addition to other considerations, the approach used by US News & World Report to rank subjects includes consideration of student selection (25%), the views of business school administrators (25%), and job outcomes (21%).
