• Documents must be official; documents submitted will be carefully reviewed and further verification may be required if deemed necessary. Photocopies or scanned documents will NOT be reviewed or accepted.
• High school secondary school academic record. Original copies of all diplomas, certificates, grade reports and test results received upon completion of high school.
• A transcript demonstrating successful completion of 1 year of college-level work in English (ESL courses not applicable.)
• Letter of recommendation from an approved ESL instructor from the Wisconsin English Language Institute

A history major is a great foundation for the skills of critical thinking and writing. A history major also prepares one for teaching and graduate school. Over the years, it has been one of the favorite majors for those going on to medical school. One may use history as a foundation major for Library Science or for archival work.
