College Of Mount Saint Vincent Entry Requirements

The College of Mount Saint Vincent accepts students from other countries. One may meet people from a variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, and nations in the welcoming campus community. Undergraduate Programmes  Entry Requirements:

• A secondary school curriculum that includes at least four academic disciplines every year
• The College Entrance Examination Board's Scholastic Aptitude Test and the American College Testing Service's ACT exam are both required at Mount Saint Vincent
• Official high school transcripts
• Standardised testing results
• Essay
• An academic recommendation
• For people who have attended courses above the secondary level, official transcripts of their academic work and course descriptions
• Documentation of their health and illness insurance coverage

Postgraduate Programmes entry requirements:

• A baccalaureate degree from a university with accreditation
• A 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale is required
• Three professional references 
• Completing all necessary courses
• All courses for the undergraduate and graduate degrees must be finished within ten years after the class's start date
• Scores from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) that are no older than two years

English Language Requirements:

International students who do not hail from a nation where English is the official language or whose first language is not English must demonstrate their English language proficiency by submitting official scores from the TOEFL, IELTS, Pearson PTE, GTECH CBT, or Duolingo. Another option for students is to take the SAT or ACT tests. The criterion for assessing sufficient English proficiency will be the minimum passing marks on the English portion of those tests.
