Cleveland State University Entry Requirements

You are regarded as an undergraduate student at CSU if you have successfully finished your high school diploma (12 years of primary and secondary education). The Cleveland state university entry requirements differ from one course to another. To understand the basic graduate requirements; we have listed everything below. 

  • A completed application with a non-refundable fee of $40. Fees for applications cannot be waived or postponed
  • Degree certificates and transcripts from each college or university you attended. 
  • You must order an evaluation of your international educational qualifications as part of your application from one of the two authorised servicers, Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or World Education Services (WES)
  • Evidence that you've mastered at least one of the English language requirements

 

The following options are available to students at CSU to demonstrate their ability in English:

  • TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based): 78 and at least 17 in each section
  • TOEFL PBT (Paper-Based): 550
  • IELTS: 6.0 and at least 5.0 in each section
  • PTE (Pearsons Test of English): 50
  • iTEP: 3.8
