In the MPM program, students learn to plan and execute complex projects by applying advanced project management skills like project risk management, project quality management, project schedule management, project cost management, project resource management, project procurement management, project scope management, project stakeholder management, project integration management and project leadership. Students learn multiple approaches to project management including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
