Are you interested in health equity? Learn about the social determinants of health, the pressing health issues experienced by the Chicano and Latino community, and how to advocate for and work with local and transborder communities. The BA in transborder Chicana/o and Latina/o studies focuses on the cultural, social, political, economic, historical, health-related and artistic experiences of Mexican-origin, Chicano and Latino populations in the United States and the U.S.--Mexico transborder region.
