Allegheny College Entry Requirements

Allegheny College accepts applications for the Fall and Spring semesters.  With an acceptance rate of 62%, the college exhibits a moderately selective admission policy. The entry requirements vary depending on the programme selected. The minimum requirements do not guarantee admission as decisions are based on a holistic review of all application materials. Students may also have to pay an application fee. Below are the supporting documents required for admission:

• High school diploma with a mean GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (~83-86%)
• High school transcripts and transferring credits should also be submitted.

Allegheny College has a strong career placement programme and a high job placement rate for its graduates. The College's Centre for Career Education provides students with career counselling, internships, job search resources, and networking opportunities to help them prepare for their future careers.

The Centre for Career Education offers career services to students from their first year on campus through graduation and beyond. The Centre assists students in exploring career interests and developing job search strategies and provides opportunities for students to meet with employers and alumni, attend job fairs, and participate in networking events.
