Year 1

Compulsory modules include:

• Research Planning and Project Management
• Advanced Topics in Biomedicine and Critical Appraisal Skills
• Research Project
• Research Techniques, Analysis and Experimental Design

Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2:1 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK, in a related subject such as biomedical sciences, biological sciences, biochemistry or microbiology.

IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).

Pre-sessional English language programme

If you need to improve your English language score, you can take a pre-sessional English course prior to entry onto your degree.

New UK/Republic of Ireland students: £12,000 per year

New international students: £24,300 per year
