Students on the programme will consider the challenges faced by those setting up and running a Community Sports Organisation.Running a community sport organisation requires many focuses, including business management and finance experience, safeguarding, governance and a high level of organisational skills. Our programme will consider the role and objectives of sports organisations in the community, develop a plan for progression, increased participation and financial planning to include sustainable funding sources.
