Program Overview

Are you fascinated by ancient civilisations, and how they helped shape the modern world? If so, this is the course for you. We combine studying the literature, history, art and culture of ancient Greece and Rome with English language, literature and drama from Old English to the present day. You’ll explore different aspects of ancient society, choosing modules ranging from the Aeneid to ancient novels, religion, violence, comedy, animals and citizenship, as well as classics on film or on the modern stage.

Entry Requirement
Students who have taken a three year diploma after Class XI instead of Class XII exams can be considered for second year entry to our courses.
We can accept Class X (B1 or B2) and Class XII (70% or above) grades as meeting our English language requirements.
