Course Content
The BA Politics and Sociology degree programme is made up of compulsory (core) and optional modules, which are worth 15 or 30 credits each. Full-time undergraduate students need to complete modules worth a total of 120 credits each year.

You will take half your credits in Politics and the remaining credits in Sociology.

Year 1:

60 credits of compulsory Level 1 Sociology modules, 60 credits of optional Level 1 Politics modules.

Entry Requirement
For these we require minimum aggregate scores of 80%, or 70% for the West Bengal Board Standard XII. Other regional board standard XII exams can be considered on an individual basis, but we usually require an aggregate score of at least 85%.
