Currently, the world is undergoing significant health challenges, and disadvantaged groups are being hit harder than others. Why is this the case? How can we identify and resolve ongoing disparities in health outcomes? How can we improve population health and public health overall? This course offers a deep understanding of sociology and health. Studying topics related to the underlying reasons for disparities in health is critical as we navigate the rise in chronic disease, infectious disease, and other health issues impacting our world.

Entry Requirement
- 60% in Indian year 10 (Standard X) Mathematics or 40% in Indian year 12 (Standard XII) Mathematics, in addition to the below.
Award of the Indian year 12 (Standard XII) examination with an overall average from the four best subject (excluding PE and local language):
- CBSE, CISCE and other regional and national boards - 70%
- Karnataka (Bangalore), Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh boards - 60%
- Kolkata (West Bengal board) - 55%
- In order to meet our English language requirements we can accept 70% in English from Year 12 (Standard XII) if taken with CBSE or CISCE board.
