Comparative corporate law expertise in context is increasingly in demand in legal practice and across established and new industrial sectors, finance, multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-up.On this course you will learn about business transactions and corporate law at national and international levels and will explore pressing contemporary problems in this context. Our teaching approach is international in scope and comparative by nature. You will develop the skills and knowledge required to pursue a global career as highly-skilled corporate professional in the new stakeholder economy.
