Artificial Intelligence with Machine Learning MSc

The content of this MSc programme is comprehensive and uniquely incorporates topics from different areas of modern AI and Machine Learning (ML). Students will gain knowledge and solid practical skills on AI and ML, as well as their applications, as underpinned by the different world-leading research groups.

 

The programme brings together our teaching, research and industrial contacts to allow the cohort to mix the different themes that best suit their personal requirements and future plan.

 

Developing practical machine learning skills will be at the core of this programme, where students will gain experience with cutting edge tools such as Deep Neural Networks and Deep Learning within the context of different research themes via regular exercises and practical labs. 

 

You will work closely with your lecturers and supervisors to carry out a major project on the AI topic that you want to specialise in.

UK
Degree requirements
A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.

 

Other routes
Students with a good 2:2 degree may be considered on an individual basis. Applicants with unrelated degrees will be considered if there is evidence of equivalent industrial experience.

 

Student Visa Regulations

If you will require a Student visa to study in the UK, you must meet the minimum English Language requirements to meet the UKVI regulations.  The minimum IELTS requirement is 5.5 in all four skills (Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening).  However, many of our courses require higher grades.

 

Pre-sessional English Language Courses

If you fall slightly below our standard English language requirements, you may consider one of our Pre-sessional English courses.  Please note that you will require a UK government approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) for entry to our Thirteen week pre-sessional courses.  Currently, only IELTS for UKVI, PTE Academic (UKVI), LanguageCert International ESOL SELT and Trinity College London, Integrated Skills in English (ISE) are accepted.
