Year 1 modules include:

• Design Thesis Project: Resolution (core, 40 credits)
• Design Thesis Project: Specialisation and Proposition (core, 40 credits)

• Changing Places (option, 20 credits)
• Critical Transformations (option, 20 credits)

You will be required to have:
 

• a good degree in architecture
• preferably completed RIBA Part 1 or have exemption from it (We will also consider your application if you haven't completed Part 1 but you've undertaken a non-UK or non-validated architecture degree. However, before qualifying as an architect in the UK, you must have obtained RIBA Part 1, as well as Parts 2 and 3.
• the ability to demonstrate your talent as a designer and motivation to complete the course successfully

Selected candidates are asked to attend an interview with their portfolio, which should include a wide range of work. 

English language requirements
To study a degree at London Met, you must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. If you require a Student visa you may need to provide the results of a Secure English Language Test (SELT) such as Academic IELTS.

UK/EU students:
 

• £9,250 per year for new students 

Overseas
 

• £16,000 per year
