Durham University International Study Centre entry requirements can be divided into two sections:
International Foundation Year Entry Requirements:
- Academic Requirement: Strong high school graduation grades or equivalent with relevant subjects. For Philosophy, Politics, and Economics BA (Hons), Math study in the most recent year is required. For Music, applicants need A Level Music or Grade 6 theory; alternatively, a music video demonstrating proficiency in playing three pieces (each lasting 102 minutes) is accepted.
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 17.
Pre-Masters Programme Entry Requirements:
- Academic Requirement: A good first degree or diploma in a relevant subject.
- For Business, Economics, Accounting, and Finance: Proof of Math or other numerate subject modules in the undergraduate degree or diploma is necessary.
- For Law and Social Science: A relevant first degree may be required based on the chosen progression degree.
- For Science and Engineering: A relevant degree or diploma is needed.
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18.
