• Bachelor’s degree of at least 180 credits, of which 90 credits must be in science, including 5 credits in statistics and 60 credits in biology comprising cell biology, genetics, microbiology, ecology and botany, or the equivalent or
• Bachelor’s degree of at least 180 credits, of which 90 credits must be in science, including 30 credits in chemistry and 45 credits in biology comprising cell biology, genetics, microbiology and molecular biology, or the equivalent. 
• Proficiency in English equivalent to English 6/B from Swedish upper-secondary school.

For International Students: kr 1,55,000 per year

After graduation, if you have specialised in plant ecology, you can work in nature conservation in both the public and private sectors, for example as a municipal ecologist, at county councils or as a consultant. Among other things, your work duties could include environmental monitoring in the form of taking species inventory, field sample collection and doing evaluations, offering advice, as well as assessing and implementing biodiversity measures.
