Admission Requirements of Singapore Universities

The admission requirements of Singapore universities differ for every university; however, we have given below the UG courses requirements along with PG courses requirements that will give you an idea of the expected requisites. Some of the best universities in Singapore have similar requirements as mentioned below.

Admission to UG Courses

  • A standard 12-grade certification 
  • A CBSE, ISC or state board with good scores in all 5 subjects including English
  • Some universities have an entrance test to study in Singapore universities

 

Admission to PG Courses

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an authorized university
  • Proof of aptitude for certain courses; often includes exams like GMAT & GRE
  • University Entrance Examinations are required for example; NTU conducts an exam called NTU Entrance test
  • Course-specific entrance exam
  • Interview (in some universities)

 

English Language Proficiency 

Students must demonstrate their English language ability at the time of application because the majority of the best colleges in Singapore programmes use English as their primary language of instruction. You do not need to take any further English language tests if you have successfully completed 12 years of English-medium schooling in India. If not, you'll have to take one of the English examinations needed to enrol in classes in Singapore.
