Entry Requirement
Admission requirements

For this programme, you need:

All the following NZCEA credits
- 42 NCEA credits or more at Level 3 or higher on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF), with: 14 credits in any two of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Statistics and Modelling, or any other technical domain. And a further 14 credits taken from no more than two additional domains on the NZQF; AND
- minimum of 14 credits at Level 1 or higher in mathematics or pangarau on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework; AND
- minimum of eight credits at Level 2 or higher in English or Te Reo Māori (a minimum of four in reading and four in writing);
- OR a relevant qualification at Level 3 on the NZQF or above; OR
- OR International equivalent requirements;
- OR Recognition of Prior Learning from relevant educational study
