Students will acquire knowledge of a range of sporting and recreational activities through practical experience and active participation
 

Upon successful completion of this program students will be able to take on roles such as Exercise consultant, Group exercise instructor, Gym staff etc.
 

The curriculum of the program includes subjects such as Anatomy and physiology, Exercise prescription, Individual fitness assessment, Leadership and coaching, Nutrition, activity and health etc.
