MSc Immunology & Global Health

The programme will be delivered as 12 taught modules and a lab-based research project. The taught modules include fundamental, clinical and applied immunology, global health and diseases of poverty, epidemiology, medical geography, systems biology, clinical trials, patenting, licensing and bioethics. Each module includes tutorial and/or practical sessions that complement and expand on the lecture content. A series of weekly workshops and seminars will cover important aspects of postgraduate study, including study skills, grant and report writing, scientific writing etc.

An honours primary degree (grade 2.2 or above) in the biological or health related sciences. Candidates with other qualifications and suitable employment experience will be considered. Please Note: There are only 22 places available on this course, so early application is advisable. Applicants must have a recognised primary degree which is considered equivalent to Irish university primary degree level.

The fees for MSc Immunology & Global Health may vary from €6,500 to €15,000 annually for tuition fees. The fee's prices may get higher for International Students.
