Course Structure

The course includes practical classes for the application of knowledge in an applied environment. Year 3 includes a 14-week work placement in a national or international sport organisation. An independent project is carried out in Year 4.

The fees for Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Strength and Conditioning may vary from €10,000 to €15,000 annually for tuition fees. The fee's prices may get higher for International Students.

What will I be able to do when I finish the course?

Graduates of Strength and Conditioning will be able to use scientific knowledge and practical expertise to guide the design and implementation of training programmes and monitoring of athletes. Graduates will also have expert knowledge in the application of strength and conditioning for both children and older adults.
