Institute Of Technology Carlow Entry Requirements

Applicants who do not hold citizenship in an EU member state or who have not attended full-time undergraduate studies in Ireland should submit their applications online. Before submitting their application to the institution, students must satisfy the established qualifying conditions. • Some programmes, such as our Child, Youth, and Family Studies, may also require reference letters
• Other programmes, such as our Sports and Design programmes, demand a Portfolio. Students should look over the course information to see whether there are any extra entrance requirements

Taught Postgraduate Entry Requirements

• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• All postgraduate programmes need a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent if English was not the first language
