FIRST YEAR MASTER CURRICULUM

First semester courses (30 ECTS):

- Advanced quantum mechanics

- Statistical physics

- Numerical methods for physics

- Macroscopic and complex system

- French foreign language

Second semester courses (30 ECTS):

Three courses to choose among four:

- Atom and molecular physics

- Condensed matter

- Nuclear and particle physics

- Astrophysics and cosmology

Other courses:

- Project or Advanced Quantum mechanics 2

- Internship (April-June)

SECOND YEAR MASTER SPECIALIZATIONS

After completing the first year, students are fully prepared to continue their  second year in one of the four programs offered by our universities:

Physics of Complex Systems (i-PCS)

Academic Eligibility:

• A Bachelor's degree in physics, and fluency in English
• No knowledge of French is required

Indian Students Eligibility:

• Applicants must have a bachelor degree in physics from a recognised institution
• No knowledge of French is required

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program
