The Saskatchewan Polytechnic placements department work directly with employers to offer student employment services (SES). Students can use an online job board that has been designed for them to advance their careers. The Polytechnic also teaches students how to create their cover letters, practise for interviews, and write their resumes. Students are welcome to attend the Polytechnic's career fairs in January and February to learn more about potential future employment opportunities.
The institute organises additional large-scale or small-scale career fairs to help its students find employment. 90% of organisations are interested in the skilled knowledge the polytechnic institute is trying to provide. Due to the institute's students' expertise in their subjects, the graduate employment rate is very high.
