Program Overview

Are you a graduate student or an experienced professional wanting to take your qualifications to another level? Specialise in Applied Human Resource Management and learn how to manage organisational behaviour, build inclusive and engaged workplaces and understand contemporary human resource management issues.
Guided by expert academics, you will gain an understanding of how complex interactions can influence effectiveness of management strategies; how diversity of employees and inclusion strategies within workforces adds value to organisations; develop solutions to dynamic human resource management tensions, issues and opportunities when managing people in modern day organisations; explore employee engagement theory including job design, job satisfaction, employee support, psychological safety, job burnout and trust and respect and how crucial these areas are for organisation productivity.
As part of your degree, you will be able to choose a second specialisation that can compliment your career ambitions.
The third component of your studies will be a research project which will expand your knowledge in innovative business and entrepreneurship.

Entry Requirement
- Completion of a bachelor degree, or equivalent, in the area of business, or equivalent.
- Note: If you have a bachelor degree, or equivalent (AQF level 7), in a non-business-related discipline from a recognised institution, UniSQ’s Graduate Certificate of Business provides a pathway into the Master of Business. Upon completion and achievement of a minimum GPA of 4.0, you will be eligible for entry into the Master of Business. Eligibility for entry will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
