The University of South Carolina (USC, South Carolina, or Carolina) is a public research university located in Columbia, South Carolina. It is the leader of the College of South Carolina Framework and the biggest college in the state by enlistment. Its main campus is in downtown Columbia, close to the South Carolina State House.
