The University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth (UMass Dartmouth or UMassD) is a public research university located in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. It is the most southern campus in the University of Massachusetts system. After being known as the Southeastern Massachusetts University, it became a part of the University of Massachusetts in 1991. Facilities

The Student Government Association is one of the many University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth facilities. It is a student-run body with 34 seats, manages all student activity fees and distributes them to the many clubs and groups. Admission to UMass Dartmouth is competitive, with a 92% acceptance rate and a 97% early acceptance rate. An ACT score of 19 to 26 or an SAT score between 1030 and 1260 is required for admission to the university for half of the candidates.
