The University of Houston is a public research university located in Houston, Texas. It was founded in 1927 and is the third-largest university in the state of Texas. Facilities
The University of Houston covers 594 acres in downtown Houston. The campus is urban, and the school offers more than 400 student organizations, including sororities and fraternities. Te university has six on-campus housing options. The halls are split into four sections: first year, sophomore + up, loft, and apartment living.
