University of Minnesota has shown excellence by securing 85 spot on the global scale.

 

Let us talk about the University of Minnesota rankings in this section. In 2021, the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), which evaluates academic and research achievement, placed the University of Minnesota as the 40th best university in the world. Minnesota was placed 26th in the United States and 46th overall in the 2021–22 edition of the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR).  

 

Using information from research publication statistics, the 2021 Nature Index, which ranks the institutions that provide the majority of high-quality research, placed Minnesota 53rd globally. Minnesota was ranked 86th globally in the 2022 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, mostly due to its teaching, research, knowledge transfer, and global viewpoint.
