About
Trine University was founded in 1884 as Tri-State Normal College and received its current name in 2008. It was done to honour Drs. Ralph and Sheri Trine, who served as university trustees. Trine University is dedicated to excellence and has upheld its standards for over 135 years. It is comprised of five schools and a college: the Allen School of Engineering and Computing, the Jannen School of Arts and Sciences, the Rinker-Ross School of Health Sciences, the Franks School of Education, the Ketner School of Business, and the College of Graduate & Professional Studies.
Trine University is located in Angola, Indiana, and has a 450-acre main campus that provides students with everything they need. There are residence halls and campus housing apartments with distinctive designs that set them apart from standard dorm rooms. It is one of the few institutes with a championship golf course, which has hosted NCAA national championships as well as PGA events. The university has 4,646 students enrolled, and in 2019, it had a 99.4% employment rate, with students working or attending graduate school within six months of graduation. More than 60 clubs and student organisations, eight fraternities, and five sororities are available at the university for students to join and connect with others who share similar interests. Football Facilities: Fred Zollner Athletic Stadium is a football, lacrosse, and soccer micro-stadium. There are four suites, a press box, a control room, a roomy hospitality box for spectators, and an open-air Thunder deck in the stadium, which can hold more than 5,000 people.

The parking permit fee will be automatically applied. If you do not require a parking permit, please log in to myPortal to waive this fee. This charge applies only to students at our Angola campus.
The total does not include the one-time international enrollment fee for all undergraduate programmes. It also excludes the one-time housing deposit required for all students at our Angola campus. The international enrollment fee is non-refundable unless the student's visa is denied or cancelled.
The BSIS – Hybrid programme totals are calculated based on students completing 36 credits per year, spread across the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
The international enrollment fee is refundable only with proof of visa denial.
