The Bachelor of Science in Public Health prepares graduates for entry-level positions in community and public health settings by providing an understanding of a broad range of health-related topics. The Public Health degree program is designed to provide students with an understanding of epidemiology, environmental health, health disparities, emergency management, health program planning, and qualitative research that will promote community and public health practice.  Students can use electives to design a degree plan leading to further educational opportunities in professional schools, such as allied health, dentistry, medicine, law, or business.
