Roanoke College's MBA is a 4+1 program allowing students to complete their undergraduate degree in four years and their MBA after a fifth year. Our program is implemented as a face-to-face degree with a focus on teamwork, leadership, and ethics to develop socially responsible citizens. It will consist of summer and regular-term courses and require 11 courses taken by yearly cohorts of 20 students. These cohorts will contain four teams working together on projects that will culminate in a comprehensive team project. The MBA degree provides in-depth knowledge and application in core areas of business, including accounting, data analysis, economics, ethics, finance, leadership, management and marketing, while also enhancing skills in communication, critical thinking and research. The MBA degree further prepares Roanoke College students to achieve their professional goals and allows graduates to advance more rapidly and to secure higher salaries in their careers.
