Lubin’s MBA in Talent Management program provides you with current theory and strategies for talent management practices. The application of theory to practice will enable you to analyze, design, and evaluate talent management systems and processes across the full spectrum of functions. You will gain knowledge of essential areas of human resources: employment law, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management.
