About
Oklahoma State University (OSU) is a public research university in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Morrill Act allowed for the establishment of OSU in 1890. Freshmen at Oklahoma State are required to live on campus in Stillwater, which has five lakes, theatres, restaurants, and other amenities. The universities’ Greek life is a well-liked extracurricular option, with about 3,000 students joining the fraternities and sororities. There are more than 400 student organisations to choose from.
