The Ohio State Institution, also known as OSU or Ohio State, is a public land-grant research university located in Columbus, Ohio. With the Morrill Act of 1862, Ohio State was founded in 1870 as the state's land-grant university and the ninth university in Ohio. It was originally known as the Ohio Agricultural and Mechanical College and focused on various agricultural and mechanical disciplines, but it developed into a comprehensive university under the direction of then-Governor and later U.S. president Rutherford B. Hayes.

Ohio State University Entry Requirements

When it comes to Ohio State University Entry Requirements, a minimum of 16 years of study is required for admission to an Ohio State graduate programme. This typically consists of 12 years of secondary school followed by four years of post-secondary studies at a college or university.
